CINCINNATI, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Kodiak Chemical, a leading provider of specialty chemicals for manufacturing, announced today the acquisition of Eco Solution Distributing — its ninth since 2023. Kodiak’s exponential growth has been fueled by self-funded acquisitions that enable the company to quickly cater to customer demands.

Through the acquisition of Eco Solution Distributing, Kodiak adds five new locations and a complete portfolio of water treatment and environmental chemicals, mineral processing agents, freeze conditioning and de-icing products, dust control solutions, and bulk commodity chemicals to their platform of more than 800 products. Kodiak expands its product offering to further penetrate the railroad industry while opening new markets in the power generation, municipal, and industrial water treatment industries.
