AirX Climate Solutions (“ACS” or the “Company”), a leading designer, manufacturer, and servicer of highly engineered, functionally critical products for the specialty HVAC markets, today announced that it has named Jamie Froedge as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Rick Aldridge, who will transition to Vice Chair on the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Froedge possesses more than two decades of global leadership experience spanning thermal management products, automation and industrial solutions. He spent 17 years at Emerson Electric Co. most recently as Executive President of Climate Technologies, where he led a multi-billion-dollar global business overseeing industry-leading brands such as Copeland, and previously as Executive President of Commercial & Residential Solutions. Prior to these roles, he held senior leadership positions across Emerson Electric helping drive organic growth, operational improvement, innovation and acquisitions for businesses serving a variety of applications including hyperscale data centers, process industries, life sciences and communications markets.
