Garman joins PHY Wireless as the company expands customer engagements, carrier discussions, and commercialization efforts around its hellaPHY® platform / software-defined location solution, which enables scalable, secure, energy-efficient cellular geolocation directly on the device without cloud-based positioning.

As founder and former Managing Director of New Venture Partners, he helped manage more than $700 million across multiple funds and invested in over 60 technology startups. Previously, he led venture initiatives at Bell Labs, Xerox PARC, and Bankers Trust and has served on more than 30 technology company boards.
