Strategic investment marks beginning of new phase of growth and expansion

BPOC, one of the longest-tenured private investment firms focused exclusively on partnering with middle-market healthcare businesses, today announced strategic investments in Master Medical Equipment (“MME”) and ReNew Biomedical (“ReNew”), sister companies that partner to provide comprehensive capital equipment solutions, distribution and service to the pre-hospital and post-acute markets.
Founded in 2011 and 2014, respectively, MME and ReNew together provide new and refurbished capital equipment and related accessories and disposables, rental equipment and repair and preventative maintenance services to the emergency medical services and other markets. The companies are headquartered in Jackson, TN, with a national sales and distribution network, supported by additional service locations in Illinois, Kentucky, Georgia and Florida.
