New continuing care retirement community in Howard County, Maryland, will address state’s rapidly growing need for high-quality senior living options

BALTIMORE, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Erickson Senior Living has opened the sales center for Oxford Hills, a new continuing care retirement community planned for Clarksville, Maryland. As the company advances a $4 billion-plus national expansion to meet the growing demand for senior living, it is expected to make Erickson one of the nation’s largest senior housing developers, helping more older adults live with greater independence and peace of mind. The new sales center offers prospective residents an early opportunity to learn about the community’s residences, amenities, services, and future lifestyle.

Scheduled to welcome its first residents in late 2028, Oxford Hills will be Erickson Senior Living’s fifth managed community in Maryland. The community will help address the growing demand for senior living in the state:
